- The controller and the software. Every Spherefix kit ships with its data collector (the C500 for the SP30, the C100T for the SP Nano) and the Spherefix survey app, with no subscription. The EX30 ships with the AT85 in-cab tablet and the XFIX app, no subscription.
- Three months of online training for your crew, by video call and screen share, from the date of purchase.
- A pole tripod and the hydrant mount in every Spherefix kit.

Why the prices are lower
- No dealer layer. We import Spherefix and XFIX directly and sell them ourselves. There is no distributor margin and no commissioned rep between the factory and you.
- No subscription. The survey app and the machine control app are included and stay included. The only recurring cost a Spherefix owner may choose is RTK corrections, and only if they do not run their own base. See what corrections cost in Ontario.
- Published, not quoted. A quote-only price can move with the customer. Ours is on the page for everyone.
- We use what we sell. The same receivers and the same EX30 run on our own survey and layout jobs through Stratus Geomatics, which is how we keep the support honest.
What affordable costs you
A value brand does not hold its resale value the way a Trimble, Topcon or Leica does, it does not come with a nationwide dealer network, and its office software is thinner. We say so on every comparison page. If those things matter more to your business than the purchase price, buy the big brand. If a working RTK rover with a controller in the case for under $8,000, or 3D excavator guidance with a published hardware price, is what gets you on the job, this is where it is.
Machine control, installation and services
The EX30 hardware price is fixed and shown above. Installation depends on the machine and is quoted for your excavator before you pay anything; the EX30 also rents by the week, priced to the job. Data prep, takeoff and in-person training are quoted per job; see services. Nothing is bought on this site without the price in front of you first.
